Well Done, Wassailers of Hambridge!

That was a tip-top bit of wassailing last Saturday at the lovely Lamb and Lion in Hambridge. It felt rather special to be at the newly refurbished pub’s inaugural wassail and to be the first to sing to that lovely new sapling. Here’s hoping it provides plenty of cider apples for generations to home. We’re looking forward to coming back to enjoy its harvest.

Chris has promised that next year he’ll dress like this

Many thanks to our hosts Mike and Jayne, their fantastic cider and to all you wassailers who were in fine voice.

We saw plenty of cameras snapping so if any of you have some pictures you’d like to share we’d love to see ’em. (It’s quite hard for us to take the pictures whilst playing a cello/guitar/banjo lying on your back!)

And if you liked us as much as we liked you then do come ‘like’ our facebook page to keep up to date with ongoings and future dates in your area.

Til then, keep and eye/ear out for the next gig – more dates to be announced soon..

Cheers
