Saturday November 1st – The Legendary snakeSNAKEsnake@ The Oxjam Finale, Red Brick Building, Glastonbury

We’re excited to be playing at the Oxjam finale this Saturday at the Red Brick Building in Glastonbury.

Street and Glastonbury music lovers have been spoiled for live music over the last month with loads of great bands giving up their time for this great cause. Saturday will be the last of eight gigs and once again there’s a stack of bands all worth seeing.

In particular, we’re looking forward to Minor Works Unit, John D Revelator, Mr Keep Calm & The Cancelled Cheques and Swampgrass.

Bands run from 12 noon til midnight, starting with the brilliant Minor Works Unit who’ll then be handing the baton to us about 1pm.

They do great food and drink there too so no need to stay at home – come out and make a day of it!

See you down the fromt!

Friday 24th October – The LegendarysnakeSNAKEsnake return to The Street Inn to ‘Snake It Off’!

We’re very excited about making our 4th visit to The Street Inn on Friday – always a lot of fun! We will of course be playing the Smokey and The Bandit theme for the landlord (probably more than once if he gets his way) and expecting to see you all dancing round your handbags. Bring your dancing feet and drinking hands – it’ll be a corker.

To paraphrase the words of Taylor Swift:

Heart-breakers gonna break, break, break, break, break
And the fakers gonna fake, fake, fake, fake, fake
Baby, I’m just gonna snake, snake, snake, snake, snake
I snake it off, I snake it off!

See you down the front!

Thank you Godney. And thank you Mike

We had fun playing at the Sheppey in Godney last week. Thank you to Roy from Dover for joining in on the spoons.

And thanks to Mike, the stage mannequin who came to our aid when we found that we didn’t have enough microphone stands.
