Next stop: Outcider!

We had a great time as always at The Somerset Steam & Country Show, rounding off with a lovely beer garden busking session down at Eli’s.

Next Saturday we’re off to the inaugural Outcider festival in the mendip hills. This looks a lot of fun. Tons of great bands. Tons of cider. Tons of like-minded funseekers. You can camp there too.

If you’ve not got anything planned for next weekend, then here’s your answer.

Getting ready for some Traction Action!

This weekend we’re returning to The Somerset Steam & Country Show, near Langport. This is always a lot of fun. Last year we played in front of a lorry (next to the cider tent of course)  then on the back of a tractor and trailer on a road run to the pub. Who knows where we’ll end up this year! Tractors, traction engines, dragster tractor pulling, vintage cars, trucks and bikes, hot rods, a funfair, animals loads of stalls and more. Oh, and plenty of cider of course. And kids go free too! Show me a 4 year old who doesn’t like tractors and giant, noisy steam powered vehicles! I know 3 grown up snakes who certainly do! Whoop Whoop!
